How long are your contracts?
A: Sitecare subscription plans are paid monthly or yearly, and has no term contract. We make it simple to start and stop your service at anytime.
A: Click on the sign-up button or fill out the form found on this page to start the process. We’ll check out your existing website to make sure it’s eligible for Sitecare. If eligible, we’ll contact you and ask for more information such as domain name and website hosting control panel details. Your first Sitecare invoice will be sent to you as well.
Do I need another web host?
A: No, website hosting is included with Sitecare. We will handle everything from Registering your Domain Name, setting up your new Website Hosting to installing the SSL Certificate.
My website is not using Wordpress, does that matter?
A: Sitecare is targeted towards a Wordpress website only, if your website is on a different CMS platform please contact us before using the sign-up option.
Where are my Back-Ups stored?
A: Website back-ups are stored securely off-site (not in the same location as your website) to ensure if anything goes wrong with the hosting the back-ups aren’t affected. Off-site back-ups are removed after 90 days.
What happens if I miss a payment?
A: We allow a 7 day grace period where your website and email won’t be affected. You’ll then be sent an overdue invoice. After 14 days if the invoice is still not paid your subscription will be canceled and your website and email will stop working.
How do I cancel my subscription?
A: You’ll need to email us directly with instructions to cancel your subscription. :(
What happens to my website when I cancel my subscription?
A: If you cancel your Sitecare subscription your website and email will stop working. It is advised that you transfer your website and email data before cancelling your Sitecare subscription.
